I built a channel on something I love. Now it pays me.
About a year ago I started a YouTube channel about firearms, concealed carry, and protecting your family. Not because it was a smart business move. Because it is something I actually care about.
I am not former military. Not law enforcement. Not an instructor. I am a homeschooling dad of five kids nine and under in Southern California who carries every day where the state lets me. That is the whole angle. A regular guy figuring it out, talking to other regular guys figuring it out.

And I want to be clear about something, because this is the part that matters more than the numbers.
I did not quit anything to do this. I have been a YouTube consultant with my wife Hayley for six years. This channel was the side thing. The hobby thing. The thing I worked on after bedtime and on weekends, in between homeschooling and everything else.
It is also the thing I care about most. I get to talk about something I think other dads should actually be paying attention to, I get to build a real community around it, and I get paid for it. That is not a hustle. That is a calling that happens to have an income attached to it.
That is what I mean by an ordinary dad income.
Because most guys I talk to already have this. There is a thing you know, a thing you have figured out over the years, a thing you research at midnight when you should be asleep. You have thought more than once that you could do something with it. And then you talk yourself out of it, because the only path anyone shows you is quit your job and become an influencer, and you are not doing that. You have a family.
You do not have to. I did not.
None of this is new for us. When Hayley and I started, I was working a 9 to 5 in Los Angeles, leaving before sunrise and getting home after dark. Most of our daughter's first year happened while I was sitting in traffic on the 5.
When YouTube started working, it replaced what I was making. But the pressure did not go away, it just changed shape. Instead of a boss it was sponsors, deadlines, and an analytics dashboard. Then 2020 hit and most of our sponsorship income disappeared almost overnight.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a huge audience to make money online?
No. Most of our clients start from scratch. Our approach focuses on attracting qualified buyers, not just amassing followers. I would rather have 100 real potential customers than 10,000 passive followers.
Should I grow my audience before launching a course?
This is a common mistake. We used to believe it too, and it cost us a year of income. You can start selling before you are "big." Many of our students have small to mid sized audiences and are hitting revenue goals most large influencers cannot touch.
I am not an expert or certified. Why would anyone buy from me?
That mindset holds people back. Many of our students have no formal credentials and are outperforming large accounts that rely on brand deals. The difference is they start selling from day one, teaching what they know one step ahead of their audience.
What if I do not know what I want to sell?
That is normal. We built this to help you figure that out. Whether you have no idea yet or change your mind later, the program guides you to the most profitable idea that fits your goals and lifestyle.

Zero. This program was designed to work without paid ads. Ads can be a useful supplement later, but they are not required to get results.
Is this better than brand deals?
In my opinion, yes. You set your own prices, keep 100% of the profit, and do not need anyone's approval. There is no risk of a brand backing out at the last minute. It is your product, your rules.
Do I need to be a good salesperson?
No. I do not consider myself a salesman either. If you believe in what you are selling, that conviction comes through naturally. We also teach you exactly how to market and sell, from messaging and tech to scripts and social posts.
Is this some kind of MLM?
No. This is an online program that teaches you how to build and sell your own products. We do not take commissions or percentages of your sales.
How long will I have access?
You will have access for as long as the program exists online. Legally I cannot promise "lifetime," but the goal is that you can always come back and use it as long as we are in business.
